Networked Theology

Academic theology in Passau can be understood as a "playing field" of the individual disciplines, whose yields for shaping today's societal challenges are only purposeful in conglomeration.

Profitable opportunities and common ground can arise through professional exchange. In addition to a networked passing game on the "playing field" of theology, the different disciplines represented by four chairs and one professorship at the Department of Catholic Theology are nevertheless characterised by differentiated methodology and hermeneutics.
